8.1 We offer a full refund if we are unable to provide an unlock solution for your phone.
8.2 Where a service we provide fails to works as described a full refund will be made, You must claim a refund within 30 days of order by email at sales@phone-unlock.com, we will require evidence that the phone is still locked
8.2 If you ask us to provide a code for a 'SIM Locked' or 'SP Locked' handset 'Blacklisted' from a particular network or all major mobile networks we cannot refund your payment as the unlock you paid for must be performed first before we can see that the phone was on the 'Blacklist'."
